Paracinema Presents

Fornacis + Director Q+A

Sunday 5th May / 5:20pm

Anya (Aurélia Mengin), a mourning woman, drives to the unknown in her vintage car, a 1961 Facel Vega. Her only traveling companion is a mysterious urn. Consumed by sadness and loneliness, Anya falls into a confused world, where her memories and her fantasies are blended. Romance and drama meet fantasy and imagination in this strikingly visual, almost silent film. Directed, written and starring director Aurelia Mengin, the film features Philllipe Nahon (Seul Contre Tous, Irreversible) and Anna D’Annunzio (The Strange Color Of Your Bodies Tears).
